Regulator and auditor access is free.

The BSR, your auditors, your insurers and your legal counsel can be given read access at no cost. Every view is logged. You should never pay to let someone verify your compliance.

We don't charge per duty, per document, or per framework.

Being well-regulated shouldn't cost more. Add as many duties, upload as much evidence, and cover as many frameworks as you need.

Price increases capped at 5% a year.

Questions

What counts as a building?

A registered higher-risk building, as recorded on the BSR register. Not a block, not a site, not a floor. If it has its own HRB registration, it's one building.

What if we go over 15 buildings?

Additional buildings are £95/month, reducing to £76 and then £57 as volume increases. Above roughly 55 buildings, Platform becomes the cheaper option and we'll tell you that.

What if our team grows past the user limit?

We'll warn you as you approach it and give you 30 days to move up a tier. We won't lock you out of a system holding your compliance evidence.
